Cherokee High School is a New Technology High School.

Knowledge Works Foundation has partnered with the New Tech Foundation. They have chosen to focus on New Tech, the NTHS Network and the New Tech model as one of the most promising educational innovations in the nation. "Our primary objective at Knowledge Works is to drive innovation in public education, and we believe that New Tech is the best-in-class, most highly-scalable appproach to learning in the 21st century that we have seen."
